(If you're sexually active) Get your Hep B vaccination. It is cheap - Sperm/ Seminal Fluid analysis- (if you're planning marriage or starting a family soon) - Fasting Lipid profile- checks level of your blood fats - Full blood count- To see your blood levels As you hit 40- 50s talk to your Doctor about Prostate cancer screening and Colonoscopy ( especially if you have family history of Cancer) In 2026, if you want to live longer, Avoid Alcohol and smoking.
