@DarinBashaw @jemelehill You are delusional sir. Disrespectfully -
This comment is so dismissive
as you associate your child hood to this experience when it is not even remotely close.

@jemelehill I doubt it had anything to do with race, they are friends after all. I was called monkey too, liked to swing on the bars and act silly. Started with my dad introducing me as his little monkey as a kid due to hyperactivity issues.

@DrKristieLeong Drink water before bed, because it’s not going to help the clots first thing in the morning- they’ve already settled in for the night so to speak.. always keep hydrated, that’s the key
English

Morning is the most common time for people to have a #heartattack. When you wake up, the #stress hormone cortisol is at its peak. Get out of bed slowly, #stretch, & drink a glass of #water. Dehydration makes it easier for blood clots to form.

When we're near water, our blood pressure drops, breathing evens out, and we shift our focus to our external surroundings. This is called "blue mind," a sense of calm that comes from being around water. #stressrelief #mentalhealth #nature

COVID-19 is the third-leading cause of death in Canada, but it’s older people who are dying. That we accept this and carry on as if the pandemic is over reveals our ageism: We don’t value older people, says @machealthsci’s Dawn Bowdish. | @McMasterIIDR ow.ly/ar1r50NzSxY
