最近一直在纠结一件事情… 那就是到底要不要买房 半年前打算买套属于自己的房子，签了合同交了10万的定金 但是现在个人原因可能要去外地呆几年了，意味着这个房子买来大概率就是租出去 自住的话我不会太在意涨跌，但是租出去就是投资性质，我就很不想买，因为我个人感觉房价还会一直跌的 但是不买就直接丢10万定金我又有点心痛……很纠结 所以想发推特问一下大家 你们觉得房价会跌到什么时候截止呢？大概比目前跌多少？ 如果买房用来租出去，年租金/房价大概什么比例会比较值得买？ 还有……如果真的不买了我这10万定金能不能要回来🤡
