@AlaskaAir employee threw my guitar case onto the floor. Actually heaved it and I watched the case bounce in front of me. Not even an apology from them for their behavior.

@stewmac_guitar -- what do I have to do to get the replacement knob sent out? Reported the wrong knob last Saturday, and now I'm being asked to prove it's the wrong knob. Not installing on a shaft that the other one will is enough proof.

@CheckersRallys absolutely some of the worst customer service. "We'll send you a coupon" means no coupon. Ever.

So apparently @checkersrallys can't get email addresses correct. I've had to call them four times now about an issue that started on January 9, and the last two times they've botched my email address in a different fashion.

@CheckersRallys reached out about a pretty bad order issue, something was promised in my email...over 24 hours ago now. Doesn't bode well...

@walmarthelp FYI: terrible customer service today at pickup, and absolutely rude behaviour. I sat while multiple other cars were taken care, and then got blamed for not checking in even when my wife checked in on the app and I checked in on the phone.
