@Walgreens has gotten so bad..they don’t even. Answer the phone anymore, but they’ll let you stay waiting on hold as long as you like. They’ll say your med is ready, only to be told it’ll be about 30 minutes or often they don’t have it at all. Not near enough pharmacy help.

@Walgreens partially filled my dogs RX, didn’t give the option to apply a coupon so I paid $21 for 10 pills; went back for the remainder and they refused to apply the RX coupon again so I had to pay $135. It would have been $24 for the entire RX… thanks a lot, won’t use again.

Hey @Walgreens - You need to have a serious chat with management. Why does your Sunny Isles (FL) location ALWAYS only have 1 cashier with 10-15 customers in line and NOBODY else to help in other departments? It’s not a 1x instance.

You know whats really annoying? when you call a store like Walgreens, the pharmacy dept. so you want to talk to a pharmacist. You go thru 5 prompts which do not help you. It asks you what department you want.. then they give you three choices which you are supposed to decide what you are calling about. Your reason is not one of the choices. so you say PHARMACIST. This goes on for 5 more tries. Finally they hook you up to a person. This is why an AI is NOT the best to answer your phone.

@Walgreens I ordered a 24x36 print the guy handed it to me, paid for it at the register. Realized it was wrong returned to store they said yeah we knew it wasn't 24" then refused to give me my money back. Called, went round and round the circle several times. Nothing. Crooks.
