Walgreens has fucked up my med refills the past few times now. Constantly asking them about it to just get "We don't know"s. Today finally a competent person going through a bunch of stuff and asking me questions.

@Walgreens honest question, does Walgreens only hire the absolute worst candidates possible. Been 3 days in a row to pick up a prescription and every time “we’ll get it ready and call you”. Still not ready. Your employees are worse than pathetic.

@DracianFlame I am totally over Walgreens. Not only have I been without my meds for 7 days, but they made me pay for my diabetes sensor that should have been free. When you call, no one answers,so you have to waste gas to drive there only to be told that it's someone else's fault.

Problems with local @Walgreens refilling prescriptions & now that location is 'temporarily closed' but no one at Walgreens when it will open. The call center complaint center phone audio is so bad that I couldn't understand the 3 people I talked with. #PrivateEquityFail ?

@realmfberlin I think Amazon is still ok. It’s Walgreens that sucks. Takes 5 or more days to get your refills. 💯 unacceptable (and no I can’t switch pharmacy).

@walgreens pharmacies are an absolute joke. Consistently out of stock medications, rude and untrained pharmacists. Just do us all a favor and go out of business already

⁠@Walgreens Corporate website forms are a black hole. Your regional manager Kevin Swanson called me from 630-432-3333 regarding a major failure at the Hanover Park pharmacy, but is now ghosting my return calls. Why does Walgreens corporate policy force ADHD patients to act as unpaid logistical intermediaries just to transfer out-of-stock medications? Your system actively penalizes executive dysfunction. I am demanding a written response regarding your controlled substance transfer policies.⁠

@Walgreens you need to either hire pharmacy techs or admit the problem is too much to handle and close stores. An understaffed pharmacy is making an already daunting task in this country an absolute nightmare. Fix it, pay your techs more money or remain a dying breed.

@Walgreens Really? The audio message "3 callers ahead of you", could mean 4 or 50. That message plays every 15 seconds, it is meant to discourage and trigger a hang-up. The intent is clear after 30 minutes of hearing it every 15 seconds. Same message for 3 calls. Who gets a RX for Qtips AI?

The AI @Walgreens says my prescription for Qtips is ready. So I ask to speak to the pharmacy. Walgreens recording: "We are sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on, we will be with you shortly, there are more than 3 callers ahead of you." 30 minutes later. 3x👇

I just saw a guy at Walgreens earlier who had a sign asking for money, I wanted to help him out so bad, but he was laying there strung out holding a sign. He was laid up against the wall crashed out going in and out of consciousness. I know her just going to use the money to get high again later when he's coming down.
