@Walgreens It’s almost impossible to be compliant with your prescription protocol when Walgreens can never fill your RX in a timely fashion. Why aren’t routine drugs well stocked at local pharmacies… you know what RXs you have on file & their refill schedule.

Is this everyone’s experience with @Walgreens customer service…hold for an eternity! And why do they never have medications on site anymore?

@Walgreens your phone service sucks. Takes forever to get through the computer prompts when you want to speak with a human. When you finally get transferred you immediately get put on hold. Ridiculous

I can’t drop a dime on them, cause we already don’t have enough Walgreens in the black community in Chicago. Most have been shut down, so this one gets a pass. I just signed up on Walgreens to get notified when my script is ready. Thank you for responding though.

Going to a Walgreens pharmacy is ass! The pharmacist don’t give no fucks how long the line is. It’s 6 pharmacist behind the counter and only 1 person helping a line of 30. Lol

Thanks @Walgreen's for never being on point. My dr called in 3 scripts last Thurs & today I'm still waiting for a 3rd one to be filled. I called yesterday & was told my med had to be ordered (why it wasn't last thurs baffles my mind) but wud be filled today.I'm still waiting. FML

@WAGSocialCare Got a prescription filled went to get it after 45 minutes and they said it wasn’t there yet. I had to get out of line and call the doctors office. The doctors office said they do call transfer them in, but Walgreens does not click on the profile. It had been there the whole time. I went back into the line and she said now I have to wait an additional 20 minutes that they just got it. The doctors office said they have this problem all the time in my town. This is ridiculous. I am thinking about switching my pharmacy and I’ve been with you for 20 years. It’s especially aggravating when you aren’t feeling well and just want to get home!!!

@Walgreens why is your app so mediocre? It never works always has hiccups. Any prescription is always delayed by the auto refill not filling it. You call customer service or or try to get the store. You get some call center that can’t help so unprofessional

@Walgreens you have officially lost my business, prescription order 6 days ago ...my store now closed on weekends ...I get here today and STILL NOT IN......I'm done. getting my 4 prescriptions moved and will tell others the same

I do have insurance though. I have no idea why I have to remind this Walgreen's that I have insurance every time I pick up a med.

@Walgreens Your automated pharmacy call system needs a reboot, or a human in charge. It misunderstands keypad numbers, correctly spoken english and then when you try to answer a question, it cuts you off mid-answer. No excuses, the customer is always right.

@Walgreens I paid for a rapid covid test at your Palm Beach store. With a 2:30 appointment, I waited nearly an hour. Told to expect results in 30 mins. At 4:30 I called to inquire about the delay and was left on hold past closing. Still no results. Do better. 👎🏻
