SECRET CHANGE AFTER THE v40.20 UPDATE? Power Level seems to no longer use Backpack items when calculating, which might be why a lot of people's Power Levels randomly went down after the update. So now PL is calculated by: - Survivor Squads - Homebase Level - Hero Loadout - Top 3 Schematics We don't know if this was an intended change or not, so this may get reverted back to using the combined pool of your top 3 Schematics + Backpack items
