HyperTek Update: HS Beta We’re now in the HyperStack beta phase. Early users are already building apps and tools on top of it using live @solana data. The concept works. And here’s the key: you don’t need advanced backend skills to use it. HyperStack makes Solana data usable for normal builders, not just elite infra devs. With AI increasingly bridging the skill gap for non-developers, HyperStack becomes the missing layer, turning on-chain data into something anyone can actually build with. We’ll soon showcase what early users have built. The market is quiet. Perfect timing. Just build.

We are focused on expanding HyperStack's capabilities. Token support is now live. Metadata, decimals, and UI-ready numbers are automatically handled, eliminating the need for extra APIs to display basic token data. Behind the scenes, we've been establishing crucial groundwork. The resolver architecture now allows HyperStack to integrate any external data source - pricing, prediction markets, third-party feeds - not just Solana programs. This flexibility is vital for future developments. Transaction sending is the final major component in progress. Once implemented, HyperStack will transition from a "powerful data layer" to comprehensive, production-ready tooling. Most use cases are already functional today. Nearly 600 commits were shipped this month. We're also identifying a clear trend: agents. More teams are attempting to build agent-driven workflows on Solana, and the gap between raw infrastructure and usable tools is evident. HyperStack occupies that crucial middle layer where things become truly buildable. We're still focused and continually refining the system.

1/ Over the past few weeks, we’ve taken time to reset our focus and tighten our foundations. At Solana Breakpoint, the team placed top 5 in infrastructure, validating the direction we’ve been working toward and opening up meaningful conversations across the Solana ecosystem.

"What's been going on behind the scenes at HyperTek?" This week has been about getting HyperStack ready for real users. We’re tightening the fundamentals - fixing edge-case issues, improving reliability when networks hiccup, and making real-time data easier to work with out of the box. At the same time, we’ve been building better internal visibility so we can spot problems early and keep the platform healthy as usage ramps up. Once that flow feels right, we’ll start opening things up more publicly. For now, it’s about listening closely, fixing what breaks, and making sure the foundation is solid.

In Web2, Convex quietly changed how builders ship. On Solana, HyperStack is doing the same thing. Behind the scenes, we’ve crossed a threshold. The core platform is live, the CLI is real, the SDK is streaming on-chain data straight into apps. What this unlocks is bigger than one product. Entire classes of apps suddenly become obvious to build. Trading tools. Real-time systems. Things that simply weren’t practical before. We’re still heads down - tightening docs, making licensing decisions, preparing for open access. But the main pipes are now built.

This week is all about tightening the core. HyperStack - our flagship product and data layer for Solana developers is at the stage where small details start to matter more. After placing top 5 in the infrastructure track at Breakpoint, the focus shifted back to the work that no one really sees: making sure the product is stable, predictable, and ready for real teams to use. Under the hood, HyperStack now auto-ships across all SDKs, works cleanly with modern frameworks like React 19, and has stronger end-to-end type safety - from on-chain programs all the way to client code. Fewer sharp edges. Less guesswork. More confidence when building. 63 commits later, the platform feels sharper, calmer, more real.

Monday means: back to the trenches. Right now the focus is on tightening the foundations of HyperStack before more teams come in. The devs are working on automating releases, improving compatibility with modern apps, and strengthening how on-chain data turns into something developers can actually build with - making HyperStack easier to use, more reliable, and ready for real-world teams. Documentation is nearly there. Early testing is getting close.

The uncomfortable truth: most infrastructure teams don’t fail because the tech is bad - they fail because there’s no sustainable revenue. Hype fades. Funds dry out. Attention moves on. We’re building HyperTek differently. Product-first. Revenue-backed. Infrastructure teams actually rely on - not just talk about. That’s how infra outlasts cycles.

2025 Wrap-Up. Thank You for Believing 2025 was intense. We made big moves. We made mistakes. We learned a lot. But through all the ups and downs, we never stopped building. We didn’t raise money from VCs. We didn’t follow the usual path. We started from a broken token, and turned it into something real. We built games people actually played. We shipped tools and infra that brought value to the Solana ecosystem. We got noticed by Solana’s founder. We joined Colosseum. We proved that with enough work and belief, it’s possible. It wasn’t perfect. But it was honest. We showed up every day. And we’re still here. To everyone who supported us, bought in, gave feedback, or just stuck around, thank you. A new chapter is starting. 2026 is about going bigger, with better structure, better tools, better infra, bigger vision and the same energy. We’ve only just begun. What’s next for HyperTek? The hackathons, pitches, and late nights are behind us. With HyperStack recognised at Breakpoint and the Colosseum submission complete, the focus now is simple: execution. HyperStack is 95% ready and moving from “built for us” to “built for everyone.” We’re finalising stability, generalising deployments, and preparing live demos and early user testing with teams already on the waitlist. The priority is onboarding, not gatekeeping. A free tier will support learning and experimentation. Clearer docs and educational content are being built alongside the product. HyperTek is evolving into a product-first company - focused on sustainable revenue, multiple products, and long-term value creation. HyperStack is the first pillar, not the last. Token work continues quietly in the background, aligned with product readiness and traction, not hype. We’re still early. Still building. This is just the foundation ⚡️

@toly Opencode is pretty nice OSS agentic cli tool that lets you use all major models (can use Claude plan directly or bring api keys for all major providers) I use it with tmux with no major issues. Scrolling behaviour is a little weird sometimes but not a deal breaker for me

My new pair programming is Claude <> Gemini; pretty impressive how fast Gemini has caught up. Grok needs to fix its cli to work with tmux
