@anthonyinglis Take the rehab pianissimo then build up poco a poco. It's all a bene placito but a capriccio at this stage would be unwise. There's no point in being abafando at this point in expressing pain. People will understand you are affanato and agitato. Ritartando now, accelerato later.

Finally went to the physio this morning, who used a lot of long words to diagnose my case. But I have torn my calf muscle and damaged my Achilles tendon. I went jogging 5 weeks ago and encountered a dip in the path. Pain ever since. Somewhere there, is a moral.

Immensely proud of the maestro, my husband, who stopped a young woman from jumping off a bridge in Liege last night when so , so many people just walked by ….. Thankfully , emergency services were called and (we hope) help was given .
