@MaxKitzes Depends on the audience — who’s asking and why. Unfortunately cannot divulge details publicly, but let’s just say analytics and numbers don’t lie. Most everything can be quantified & analyzed. Even intangible things like culture, brand, value.

@jay_pendleton Can you give an example of how you have quantified something when it was difficult to do so?

Nice work! My movement streak lasted for over 515 days (April 2020–Sep 2021) when I dropped 44lbs during lockdown using only kettlebells and calisthenics. Today? I still train 5 days/week, never go 2 days without movement.
