Improving the helper for XMuscle (from @k44devStudio ) Should make it easy to have a muscle that stretches without moving with the bone it's attached to, like the triceps. Also have a muscle contract when rotating a bone in an axis that doesn't make the attachment move (biceps)

@black_orbit_2 Nice! I solve this behavior strictly mechanically with rigging only. The trick is to attach muscle tendon to bone further away from its rotational axis center.

@k44devStudio For Unity it would require custom scripts that drive the shape keys based on bone rotations, right? Especially if you're exporting your animations separately from the mesh. However if you're exporting mesh+rig together I guess it could be baked in with the mesh animation.
