The next President of Nigeria must cancel Sharia law in the whole of Nigeria and it should be enshrined in the constitution that no future government has the right to implement it. We must put an end to this barbaric behavior once and for all.

I was born a Yoruba, to Yoruba parents in a Yoruba household. If I wasn't Yoruba, I wouldn't bear the name I was predestined with.
My parents gave birth to Taye, Kehinde, and Idowu. Then they gave birth to me. Even before I came out of the womb, people already knew me as Alaba.
That is my Orukọ Amutọrunwa… my birth name. Long before my actual naming ceremony, I was already called Alaba, which is a sacred Yoruba Orukọ Amutọrunwa.
That is my identity.

The Yoruba will not allow Fulani to normalise kidnapping children and teachers. If Fulani do not want to be labelled and profiled stop your terrorism and kidnapping in Yorùbaland, alternatively Fulanis can return to where they came from. Until then Fulanis will be profiled and labeled.

Mr. Kowiu Oloyede, 25, was found to have circulated a video containing false claims of banditry and kidnapping. Investigation revealed that the allegations were entirely false and were allegedly made to gain attention and boost his social media following. Before posting the video, he reportedly had about 60 followers; after the video went viral, his follower count surged to over 1,000. He has since been charged to court for the offence.
The pursuit of social media fame is never worth the consequences of spreading false information. A temporary increase in followers is no substitute for one’s reputation, credibility, or freedom. It is hoped that this serves as a clear lesson to all that misinformation has real consequences, and those who deliberately mislead the public will be held accountable under the law.

Oyo State Police Arrest Six Suspects in Connection With Ogbomoso K+dn@pping Case The Oyo State Police Command has arrested six suspects and several local informants believed to have been in contact with b@ndits responsible for the Ahoro-Esiele, Oriire Local Government Area school abd¥ctions. Security sources say the main armed b@ndits operating inside the forest are yet to be arrested, as they continue to evade ongoing tactical operations. According to the police, Babangida and Kabiru were arrested for allegedly acting as logistics providers, couriers, and informants. They were picked up in the Ojoo area of Ibadan while allegedly attempting to collect “exchange money” (ransom) on behalf of the k+dn@ppers. Further investigations led to the arrest of Adewuyi, Ayanwola, and Rafiu, who are from the Gbugbu area of Kwara State and Ago-Are in Oyo State. Authorities allege that three bank accounts linked to them were used as temporary channels for distributing ransom funds to the forest-based b@ndits. The Central Bank of Nigeria and anti-graft agencies have reportedly begun tracking those accounts. In another development, Adeleye, a university student, was arrested by military personnel after being found with a victim’s phone. Investigators also traced ransom-related emails sent to victims’ parents directly to his device. The Police Public Relations Officer said investigators intercepted conversations between the suspects and local informants, including plans on how to navigate the old Oyo National Park using “step-step direction to avade military borders.”
