BREAKING: ICE shoots a woman in Minneapolis. Just yesterday, 2,000 agents flooded the city.
A witness on the scene told press CPR was performed on the woman, but the ambulance drove away w/o sirens and she wasn't rushed to emergency. Sources are now reporting the woman has died.
