@pewtrusts @lbodss Hi Ms. Lightbody. Read your FEMA Risk 2.0 article. I understand that this model is a geospatial improvement over the previous matrix (refinement w/in flood zone) but there is no accounting for social vulnerability in the calculus, is there? Beyond the implications of house price.
