2/2 whatever views might be held about the Covid vaccine this is no way to show respect for the incredible staff and volunteers @RBNHSFT and across the #NHS who have put themselves out there for patients and our community day after day over the last 18 months

1/2 It is worth noting that our amazing staff @RBNHSFT have cared for over 2300 patients to date with Covid, over 400 patients with Covid needed intensive care treatment, our ICU had to triple in size beyond its 14 bed capacity in February this year.

85 patients with COVID in the AMU Virtual Ward today at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. Sadly that's a record, and numbers are increasing. But these very cheery RBH Physician Associates worked very hard indeed and got through the patients. Well done and thank you PAs!
