I've added quite a few followers since yesterday, so let me introduce myself for those wondering who this big head is. 1. I started out my career as a Program Manager at an NGO. Ran a couple conferences in consonance with the world Bank, etc. 2. I pivoted into Software Development, as my core, having studied Computer Science. 3. I pivoted into Technical Learning (training devs and those looking to enter the software dev space) at Microsoft. Did this for about 5 years. 4. Shortly after, I joined Andela doing the same thing, then moved on to other companies, most memorably Genai dot works as Director of AI Executive Education. Currently, I'm the CTO at a Faith-based organisation. Along with that, I run a consulting and talent capability agency where I help pool software and non-software talent to deliver on technical and nontechnical projects in a seamless way. As early as JHS, teachers dey feed young boys and girls these ideas. Telling the boys that their wives are in kindergarten, while the girls that their husbands are either in university or already working. Kiddies wey never chop 14 years sef.
