To hire, you need to have a baseline set of competence for a given role in order to recognize fit. HR folks hire for roles they have no competence in. So how do they hire?

What’s the worst financial mistake you’ve made?


Got rejected by Moniepoint and Kuda. Stings a bit, not gonna lie. But I have shipped 4 real products with accumulative to over 5000 users. So I’m building louder. The right door will open.
