On this day in 2014, LeBron James announced he was returning to Cleveland.

Cool news from Giga Texas

When it comes to strength training, more isn't always better. I cut my strength workouts to about 20 minutes because recovery builds strength. Lifting sends your body a signal to build muscle. Recovery is when your muscles and brain adapt to that signal. Most people spend hours in the gym. They never question whether more training helps. Stop grinding at the gym for hours, it's ok to train hard but recover well and build strength that lasts for decades.

“There is none. I wish I knew. He’s taking his time. He’s really evaluating things taking his time. I’ve really left him alone. Play golf, do the things you need to do. He understands where things are. When he’s ready he’ll let me know.” — @RichPaul4 on a LeBron update (Via Game Over)

Will Ferrell tells he'd rank Michael Jordan #1 all-time and Kobe over LeBron James "As a Laker fan, I have to go Kobe second, LeBron third" "It's got to be Michael. Because everyone forgets he was always all-defensive NBA first team in addition to what he did offensively. Nine times" "I have this argument all the time with my kids" "As a Laker fan go Kobe second, LeBron third" "Do you know who are the most satisfied Olympic medal winners the bronze. Because they didn't expect to win"

This is honestly hilarious Most of this has nothing to do with basketball 😂😂

New story: Andre Iguodala told ESPN LeBron James' interest in GSW mirrors KD's 10 years ago because of one reason - Steph Curry. "If he's going to get another one of the greatest players of their generation to play on his team, what does it say about him?" espn.com/nba/story/_/id…
