@WestJet @quesarahsarah79 YES-Use the SELF SERVE option-Called re-emails for sales which did not show & was told by "ALEX" NO general information unless I gave him all my information! No answer why! Was a loyal WestJet customer for decades but said I'd call Air Canada & he said "OK" and hung up! WOW

@WestJet when will we hear back about flights cancelled 30+ hours ago. I see WJ flights are departing back to Canada from PVR tomorrow. Paying for additional accommodations is pricey and have little hope you’ll pay for them, as the email from you claims. Any info would be great.

@aldo The email addresses above are the people I found online and asked for help. As it states below, not one responded. What can a consumer do against these giant companies if they choose to ignore us and concerns?
