When someone says "Test Maintenance" what comes to mind?

@villabone And I'm sad to say that's it for the first MCR dev con. It's been a great experience; I've talked to many interesting people, heard fascinating and inspiring talks and feel like I've connected with a new community. Great work by @mcrdevcon and the staff at @rncmlive.

I had the opportunity to do a 99 second lightening talk and decided to put myself out there and give it a go and I'm glad I did. @villabone did a great job with making everyone feel welcome and the audience enjoyed hearing what I had to say about productivity and timeboxing 🥳

People Manager's Radical Candor. Lead the team, don't be the noise shield, trying to protect them. Teach them how to deal with the noise. Give them a safe space and listen but set boundaries. You aren't their parents or their partner. You are there to help them succeed at work.

It's a big new trend and you need to know about how to use it. You won't lose your job to AI, but you will lose it to the person who can use AI.
