@RI_DLT What do we do when the certification system advises we have exhausted our benefit???? No answer in messaging or on the phone. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS

@michellescloud @RI_DLT Just an FYI. I got my notice of EB from DLT and thier FAQ section states: How do I apply for an extension? There’s no action needed on your end until you have to certify. Extended benefits will be processed manually. But I'm still going to try and reach them
