A Dalal wanted to settle the claim and give the money without Death Certificate to her brother but the banker was honest so he insisted on the same and guess what there were 3 legal heirs.

@mowjit @iNitinTyagi Just search how much per employee bank earns. It is nearlypar with pvt banks. Also 2000 customers per employee is not easy to handle. Whereas pvt bank employees handle 600 per employees. Also pvt bank customer are educated, govt bank's all customers are not that educated
