also, pvt small finance banks are succesfull in rural areas. education is not an issue for them

🚨 Everyone is busy attacking the bank for “not releasing money”
But where is the outrage on the real failures?
👉 Why did the State machinery fail to issue a death certificate on time
👉 Why was a citizen forced into such an extreme situation just to prove a death
👉 Why is there silence on how alcohol driven behavior keeps creating such breakdowns in public and institutional spaces
Banks operate on rules. They are bound by law.
No bank can hand over funds without proper documentation. That is not cruelty. That is compliance.
The real debate should be about governance failure and systemic gaps not blind outrage.
Instead, we choose the easiest target and ignore the root cause.
If institutions start bypassing rules under pressure, tomorrow the same people will question their integrity.
Accountability should be demanded from the right places not just the most visible ones.

@mowjit @iNitinTyagi Just search how much per employee bank earns. It is nearlypar with pvt banks. Also 2000 customers per employee is not easy to handle. Whereas pvt bank employees handle 600 per employees. Also pvt bank customer are educated, govt bank's all customers are not that educated

@mowjit @iNitinTyagi Better to ask question to government. I just said internal reality is different from outside observation. Many of you only ask to resign which is not possible. Everyone is somebody's employee to feed their family. Argue with better reasoning. Ask questions to govt to bankers.

Another attack on Bankers❗️ In Pakbara area, a BM of #UPGB was brutally attacked while going for loan recovery. Father and son allegedly assaulted him and even tore official documents. This is the reality of banking in India. Bankers are soft targets. Every single day across the country, bankers face abuse, threats and physical attacks. They are called economic warriors when targets are achieved, but when they are attacked, where is the protection? Management pressures staff for recovery even on weekends. But on working days, when officers step out to recover public money, they are left completely exposed. Who will protect bankers? Management? No no they will not because They are busy to stop bankers voice. #UPGB Chairman #YS_Thakur is busy sending legal notices to Whistleblowers through RMs, but when bankers are beaten by the public, where is the protection? Where is the accountability? This looks like ANDHER NAGRI CHOPAT RAJA. If recovery is official duty, then security must also be official responsibility. Who will protect bankers?
