@pvs000 whatever the reasons the elephant is still dead - at that advanced age, why was it subjected to being painted pink for a stupid photoshoot ? Its abuse, no matter how you dress it up - animal died as it lived, being used, abused, humiliated for human entertainment

This 65-year-old 🐘named "Chanchal" is no more (Feb 26). This gentle soul died after this photoshoot, said owner, Shadik Khan. Now legal action should be taken against Russian photographer Julia Buruleva, no matter what excuse is given. Forest depart has called for investigation

Today, I saw a mouse. And I did nothing. Didn't run out to buy a trap. Didn't throw poison in my yard. Instead, I just let it be. It'll live a mouse life. It'll be food for a fox or an owl. Or it'll live to a nice old age and pass on. And that's fine.
