Instead of watching an hour of Netflix, watch this 2 hour hour Stanford lecture will teach you more about how LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude are built than most people working at top AI companies learn in their entire careers.

🚨 You’re telling my OpenClaw can now clip, schedule, and post my content?! Post a simple YT link to your Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord bot. Your OpenClaw agent now: > analyzes the entire video > finds clips that actually will get views > adds hooking captions styles > crops and frames in 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 ratios > schedules and posts for you 24/7 this is the future.

Stanford dorm room to billion-dollar exit in 32 months. Not in tech. In CPG. Grüns was founded in August 2023. Unilever just acquired it. Poppi took 9 years. Liquid I.V. took 8. Dr. Squatch took 12. The timeline: Month 1: First sales. Pre-seed from Stanford classmates. Month 6: $6M seed. Vanterra, SugarCap, Selva. Month 14: Profitable. Month 21: $100M run rate, online only. $35M Series B at $500M valuation. Month 24: $300M run rate. 6,300 retail doors. All Targets. All Walmarts. Every Sam's Club. Month 32: Acquired by Unilever. The product: 8 gummy bears. 60 ingredients. $80/month. 80% of customers use it daily. Chad Janis was a VC before this. Board observer at Chubbies, Brooklinen, Dr. Squatch. He watched the Dr. Squatch exit to Unilever from the inside. He didn't just build a brand. He built the brand Unilever was going to acquire. Unilever already owns Liquid I.V., Nutrafol, SmartyPants. They're not buying a gummy supplement. They're buying 80% daily compliance and a DTC subscription engine legacy brands can't replicate. 32 months. The fastest launch-to-billion in CPG history.

alternatives that are more consistent than sora rn in order of ease of use animations: - nbp > veo (best) - nano banana pro > kling (can automate) - grok (never used but seen good things) - seedance 2 (expensive) ugc; - veo (best) - nano banana pro > kling (clip max 8s) - pinterest > veo (cracked) ^ last method is the juan , try it

here's how to do medical animations with AI: - screenshot first image - upload to claude - write "help me replicate this image, no texts only the realistic anatomy while maintaing the style 1:1" - animate image with kling 2.6 / seedance 1.5 pro - that's it congrats, you found the simplest way to do it.

$101k in sales came from an ad that looks like a cartoon villain… not a health supplement no doctors in white coats no boring explainer animations no stock footage of someone holding their back in pain just a creepy green “toxin monster” character inside a lab sharp teeth glowing liquid evil grin in the first two seconds your brain understands the story this is the thing inside your body causing the problem no complicated explanation needed people stop because the visual is weird and memorable they keep watching because the character tells a simple story bad bacteria toxin buildup kidneys struggling to flush then the product shows up as the “clean up crew” simple narrative one villain one solution this is why animated AI characters are starting to outperform generic health ads the brain processes a story faster than a lecture and cartoons make complicated health problems instantly understandable rt + comment “animated” and i’ll show you how to create it (follow for dm)

Nobody talks about Brazil for ecom. They fucking should. 180M+ people. Growing middle class obsessed with beauty and health products. Meta CPMs at $1-3. Conversion funnels that work with simple emotional storytelling. I know operators doing $50k/day there running proven US winners translated into Portuguese. Zero new product development. Zero new creative concepts. Just copy what's already printing in the US and meet a market that's 5 years behind on saturation. Now, payment processing can be a bitch, but nothing that can't be figured out. The easiest arbitrage in ecom right now is geography.

it's not that easy I mean, EUR/USD is 5x more valuable than BRL, so you can try to burn money here, but the sophistication level is through the roof. simple stuff like "caloric deficit" or "intermittent fasting" doesn't cut it anymore. marketers here use mechanisms like "bariatric coffee" and similar gimmicks, coupled with 30–50-minute VSLs. "simple storytelling" will just burn your money. in fact, there are BR marketers who replicate brazilian offers in the US and Africa, which confirms how far ahead our sophistication level really is

I run 10 social media accounts and don't write a single post manually the secret: a skill graph 30+ markdown files wired together that turned my AI agent into a full content team where to build it: - @obsdmd (to write + visualize the graph) - or just a regular folder of .md files on your desktop what tools run it: - claude, chatgpt, or cursor as the AI agent - @arscontexta plugin for claude code (generates the base structure automatically), find it in article below the folder structure: /content-skill-graph ├── index.md (entry point which maps every node) ├── platforms/ (x.md, linkedin.md, ig.md, tiktok.md...) ├── voice/ (brand-voice.md, platform-tone.md) ├── engine/ (hooks.md, repurpose.md, scheduling.md) └── audience/ (builders.md, casual.md) each file = one knowledge node inside each file you add [[wikilinks]] to related nodes example — inside x.md: "use [[hooks]] — contrarian hooks perform best here. match [[brand-voice]] but more casual. audience is [[builders]]. write this FIRST, then expand for [[linkedin]]. see [[repurpose]]" the links are the graphs. the agent follows them automatically the key file is index.md, your entry point / briefing, not a file list. put 3 things in it: 1. who you are + what this system does "content system for [your brand]. manages 10 accounts from one idea input" 2. the node map with context - [[x]] — short-form, hook-driven, 280 chars, 5x/week - [[linkedin]] — long-form narrative, professional, 3x/week - [[hooks]] — formulas that stop the scroll - [[repurpose]] — 1 input → 10 outputs (every node listed with a one-line description) 3. execution instructions "when given a topic: read relevant nodes, apply voice + hooks, run repurposing chain, output one native post per platform. each post ready to publish" you paste this into claude as context → give it a topic → done now here's the part most people get wrong about the output: it's NOT 10 copies of the same text reformatted for each platform it's 10 pieces that each THINK about the topic differently: > x: contrarian thread, lowercase casual, step-by-step > linkedin: personal narrative, professional tone, 1500 words > instagram: 7-slide carousel, visual-first, bold claim on slide 1 > tiktok: 45-sec raw screen recording script > youtube: SEO title + structured outline, 8-min format same topic. different angle, hook, voice, structure, format per platform the graph encodes all those rules. the agent follows them this replaced $8-12k/mo in content spends @arscontexta built the framework and I pointed it at content production summarize: one flat file gives you a tool (a simple .md file) a graph gives you a team (a system with 30+ sub-graphs) if we collect 500+ Likes on this tweet ❤️ I release my full workflow and show you step-by-step how you can setup the same skill graph hope you loved it.
