Remember income is not wealth !
@GrahamCompton@onlinebread_ This is where vanguard beats others . It's the only SIPP that allows company contributions- I think , don't quote me 😆 The coming trading 212 SIPP is only personal contributions and not company .
@GrahamCompton I’ve added £3k to the ISA since the April reset so feeling good! March was quite rocky with the stock market hits so it’s nice to see we’re back!
@onlinebread_@DrHenryinvestor I'm waiting for T212 or one of the other challengers to offer a SIPP that allows employer contributions (from my ltd co).
I'd also like 3rd party contributions so I can pay direct into the kids SIPPs.
Lovely £11.95 dividend hit the account this week. It’s nice to see considering this position is super small and only started adding to it last month.. can’t wait to get these notifications of a few hundred £! The ETF is $WINC
The numbers up north are more palatable that’s for sure haha. BRR, nice strategy. I prefer hands off so I’ll stick to the stock market I think… maybe check out REIT’s if you haven’t already, buying real estate companies. Dividend yield + appreciation without all the headaches. Win win
@onlinebread_ Tbh myself I am heading more towards the Buy, Refurb, Refinance, Rent way…
I ‘luckily’ live slightly north so the yields work better.
Simple BTL died 5/10 years ago IMO. Unless you already have a portfolio of 5+ houses
Are ales class or is it just a sign that I’m now 30, I’m even playing golf and falling asleep at 9pm nowadays 😂
If @BeavertownBeer had a stock I’d grab 1 trillion shares 🫡
@onlinebread_ Yeah, I need to branch out and test other platforms. I'm just too tight to pay for premium plans 🤣
Probably a bad judgment call on my part.
I tend to just post longer term strategic posts, but see a lot of people doing very regular updates on their portfolio.
I'm not comfortable sharing £ figures, but are people interested in more frequent updates on the relative movements of my portfolio?
