@ParcelMonkey my parcel that was collected on the 15th of march 2021, not been delivered, although other 3 parcels did. It is ready to export since 16th of March. No update since then. More parcels were shipped on 27th of March from same port to same destination, but not mine.

@parcelmonkey shit company, have used them twice. Told me door to door delivery for first shipment, turned out we had to pay extra duty and had to pick up the box. Second item lost and only over refund of delivery cost. Avoid
