To everyone who enjoys and loves Cheltenham - have a great week. To those (like me) who don’t, hang in there and do whatever it takes to protect yourself and get through it. It is impossible to shut it out completely and everything that comes with it but you have got this.

Blows my mind some of the things I see on here now when it comes to ‘gambling harm prevention’. I wish the focus was more about helping and protecting others. People are most concerned about defending/justifying their position to make sure they benefit financially ultimately.

World Mental Health Day 💙 A hugely important day for raising awareness but with the theme focussing on the workplace it’s not just about today but it becoming a ‘way’ and it being engrained in culture. One conversation can really change a life as I know all too well x
