I feel an incredible amount of contempt for people who watch a video of a violent confrontation, make up in their heads what they would totally have done if they were there, and start condemning the guy who was actually there and actually heroically stepped in for not doing that.

As someone who reads a lot of bad science fiction by people with a vastly overinflated sense of their own importance and intelligence, it is so, so tediously obvious where Musk gets all his ideas from.
