@SintillaGames where you might run into trouble is confusing the weight measurement of ounce for a liquid volume ounce. i used to work in a commercial bakery and 1 ounce of yeast by weight is far less than a liquid ounce by volume.

@SintillaGames pedantic BS. the "dry" cup holds 8 liquid oz. - exacfly the same volume as the 1 cup mark on the liquid cup measure.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but these are NOT the same and if you use them interchangeably when baking, you’re doing it wrong.
