I just got wrongfully banned on twitch I have been getting prime sub botted by hacked accounts both while streaming and offline, gifted by hacked accounts just to have the account owner show up to my stream and I'd have to tell them to contact twitch through their support to get it all sorted because SADLY THERE'S NO REFUND BUTTON FOR GIFTED AND BITS! I've talked about this several times on stream and also tried to talk to the botter whenever I catch them in the act just to get no reply. I have several open tickets with no proper respond from twitch other than your basic automated response and live chat support has not been helpful either. Please go look at all my tickets and live chat logs, I've complained about this exact thing happening to me several times. For anyone that has been there during the streams when I've spoken about this, you can vouch for me not asking for any of this or participating in any of this. Whoever did this clearly knew what they were doing and it most likely isn't their first time. This has been an issue for an extended period of time, closing up on 3 months. I hope this reaches the right people, I'd love to continue streaming but I really would love this issue to go away even if it means I have subs and bits disabled!
