@stablemark_ Some AIs do incredible things today, but tomorrow they can no longer solve 2+2. This makes me lose my composure.

While working on my arbitrage bot i've learned some new info about ai and vibecoding. I'm using Opus 4.6 and Codex 5.3 xhigh. Codex's context memory is much better than Claude's. Opus after compacting conversation usually forgets the language you talked and starts responding in English. Sometimes same happens in the middle of context window. 0 times noticed this with Codex. Also i got some problems with Opinion websocket that is not described in their docs so i had to figure this out myself. We tried multiple times with Opus 4.5 and didn't solve it. However, Opus 4.6 oneshotted it. He ran the same tests as 4.5 but noticed smaller detail that was the root of the problem and fixed it.

I keep grinding on my prediction markets arbitrage bot Over the last few days i’ve been improving matching algorithm, and the number of matched pairs grew from ~2.5k to 5.3k I tested several algorithms. One of them took more than 20 minutes just to match Polymarket with Kalshi. I rewrote it from Python to Rust and now it runs in 14 seconds!!! That’s what optimization really looks like
