Lord, place a shield of safety around every person attending this memorial. Guard them from evil, protect them from harm, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. May Your angels stand watch over every entrance, every street, and every heart. Father, we also lift up the millions across this nation who are grieving Charlie’s loss. So many feel lost without his voice, his leadership, and his courage. Comfort them in their sorrow and remind them that even in pain, You are present. We pray especially for Erika and the Kirk family. Surround them with love, strengthen their faith, and give them peace in the middle of heartbreak. Lord, let this memorial not only be a time of mourning but a spark of hope. May Charlie’s legacy of truth and freedom live on in all of us.
