Companies like Amazon, Oracle, Meta, Google and OpenAI have committed over $600B to AI infrastructure this year. Critical electrical components like transformers, switchgear and batteries can’t keep up with demand. Even with increased imports from China, plus sourcing from Canada, Mexico and South Korea, supply is still falling short.

A huge problem, not only on X. @SECGov and/or Congress should make this against the law. Why are businesses a platform for leaders to shill their favorite flavor of politics? Why must perspective employees declare their skin color, gender, and sexual preferences during a job application process. It smells more like discrimination than it does compliance. Color does not exist in physics. Color is a co-creation between the wavelength of a photon and Brain that tags visual images for internal representation inside the mind. In a certain sense, mathematics is such a co-creation between the external logical order of pure systems and our human tagging of their representations within our minds. @edfrenkel has been at the forefront of wanting to embrace math as inextricably human. Makes a point: the billionaires right to make a small amount of additional money supersedes right of average unemployed worker to keep a home and raise a family following a restructuring event where they loose their job. You laughed when you saw Matrix but... DMCA, NDA’s, Security Clearances, are priority over your 1A. FISA, 3rd party doctrine, priority over 4A. Claude Code is amazing but you can’t afford it because you’ve just been downsized by Oracle so they can build more data centers to build a solution others can’t afford for customers that won’t exist by rollout time.

Anthropic trained Claude on MILLIONS of pirated books from LibGen. They paid 1.5 billion dollars, the biggest copyright settlement in history for stealing millions of authors books from pirate sites to train Claude. Copyright violations were totally fine when they did it. They called themselves the ethical AI kings. The second their own Claude code leaked, they slammed instant DMCA takedowns on 8,000+ GitHub copies. HYPOCRISY MAXED OUT!

Think about it, either…1) AI is terrible, 2) or they don’t care. Which is it?!?
