‼️ TEACHER’S AID PREGNANT BY 15 YEAR OLD STUDENT! AVONDALE, Ariz. — A 22-year-old teacher’s aide in Arizona is facing felony charges after investigators say she engaged in a s*xual relationship with a 15-year-old student. According to court documents, the investigation into Jessenia Rodriguez began after a student’s stepmother heard rumors and, at the urging of other parents, searched the teen’s phone. Authorities say she discovered evidence suggesting an ongoing relationship between the two. Police said the student told investigators the relationship began with flirting during recess before he obtained Rodriguez’s phone number. He alleged the pair had s*xual encounters at least three times, with the first occurring last month. Detectives reported finding dozens of messages and images on the student’s phone, including conversations in which Rodriguez allegedly sent photos of pregnancy tests and discussed the possibility of an abortion. Investigators also cited Snapchat messages in which she expressed s*xual interest in the student, saying that she craves him. According to police, Rodriguez warned the teen not to tell anyone, saying she could face serious consequences if the relationship was exposed. Officers executed a search warrant at Rodriguez’s home Thursday, where she was taken into custody. During an interview, police said she admitted to multiple encounters but disputed one instance, claiming intercourse did not occur that time. Authorities added that Rodriguez acknowledged she knew the student’s age and understood her actions were wrong. Rodriguez was charged with four counts of s*xual conduct with a minor and luring a minor for s*xual expl*itation. Her bond was set at $100,000.
