@oncor No you don’t understand. You don’t need my address, you should be able to locate the outage based on your servers. There are no service trucks in the area and those power has been out for over 5 hours at this point. It’s pathetic.

@oncor The power is out yet again in Glenn Heights, TX. Why? We consistently loose power with the slightest change of weather. This seems to be a new thing within the past 5-6 years. It’s almost as though it’s a game at this point. WHY DO WE NOT HAVE POWER?????
