@amazingatheist It always amused me to visit the United States and see the pharma ads on tv, about half a minute of some skit about some drug that 'just might happen' to help your issue, followed by a long spiel of all the horrible ways you can die from the drug.

Only two countries on earth allow Pharmaceutical Companies to directly advertise prescription drugs to consumers: The USA and New Zealand. It's a terrible practice. It leads to over-prescription, misinformed patients, doctor kickbacks, and higher healthcare costs. So, I don't really give a shit if it's "unconstitutional." It should be banned.

For Anyone who does not understand this Explanation: In the TV Show “House MD” There was an episode where the protagonist wakes up inside of a strip clup, dazed and unsure how he got there He later realized that he was a part of an accident and was intoxicated He was trying to remember something crucial; something that could save someone’s life (House was a renowned diagnostician who saved people’s lives) Someone’s life was in grave danger and they needed immediate medical assistance The only problem; he did not remember who The entire episode was a series of extreme actions to help him remember what it was From hypnosis to narcotics to deep brain stimulation using electrodes placed inside house’s brain Each step he remembered it in parts, but not in its entirety This is the moment it clicked The female character who’s face does not make sense asked “What is my necklace” And since the necklace was made out of “Amber” that was the answer Amber was Wilson’s Partner (Wilson was an oncologist at the same hospital and best friends with house) This was crucial because Amber came to pick up house from an intoxicated state in a bar because his bike got confiscated House adamantly decided to not take the help but rather use public transport Amber followed to help house reach home using the same public transport Amber was taking a steroid for a common infection which is supposed to be safe since the kidney would filter it out But during the bus ride; there was an accident leading to a metal hand rail to impale amber; damaging her kidneys in the process which means that the steroid would kill her In the end; by the time this was realized It was too late and Amber died
