Now, for doing exactly that, the same Mukesh Mohan has been hit with a massive ₹50 crore defamation suit — and an FIR slapped on top of it. WATCH | Finally, Rajeev Chandrasekhar agreed in a press conference yesterday that the property #408 we disclosed is his, and that the property tax paid receipt is in his name. Kudos to the reporter who asked pointed questions and made him admit this. His argument throughout the press conference was to file a case against him if there were issues in his affidavit. That’s his favourite game. There are multiple cases filed against him for his false affidavit since 2018 in the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court, and even the Kerala High Court. Most of these cases were referred to the CBDT and the Income Tax Department. None of them has been closed so far. And you know why? If they complete the investigation, they will have to disclose his real assets and their value. So, what credibility do @ECISVEEP and @CeoKerala have left? We have provided direct evidence to the ECI, and the accused has not denied it. Why didn’t they reject his nomination when @CeoKerala has the power to do so? What can you do as a citizen witnessing this fraud done to our electoral system? If you are a voter from Nemom, you can do more than anyone else.
