最近都在传一个开源模型 NAVA
直接冲上 Hugging Face 文生视频趋势榜第二
仔细一看，背后是百度文心团队。最值得注意的不只是 "6.3B 做到 SOTA" 这件事
还有论文里那张用户偏好对比图：
· vs daVinci（15B）：整体质量胜率 80%，音视频对齐胜率 72.5%
· vs Ovi-1.1（10B）：整体质量胜率 67.5%
· vs LTX-2.3（19B）：整体质量胜率 60%更夸张的是它做"多说话人"的方式
论文里提出了一个叫 Timbre-in-Context Conditioning 的机制：
在 prompt 里用 ... 把每段话标出来，绑上一段参考音频，多角色场景就能各自保持各自的音色，不用额外的 speaker 控制分支。
昨天看到有评价说："Baidu 这次把底牌摊出来了。"
当所有人都在卷 "更长、更高清的视频" 的时候，文心却悄悄选了 "原生音视频融合" 这条路，挺好奇是出于什么考量的

Someone is going to put a $29/month UI on this GitHub repo and call it an AI video startup.
Baidu just gave away the backend.
NAVA is a 6.3B open-source model that generates video and audio together: scene, speech, background sound, speaker sync, camera movement, and TikTok/Reels/YouTube formats.
The key part: it skips the ugly workflow where you generate video, export it, generate voice, run lip-sync, then fix timing manually.
NAVA builds the whole thing as one piece.

You barely know Chinese people. Neither do I. because some Chinese people you've met happen to act that way doesn't mean it's a "Chinese people" thing. That's a pretty absurd conclusion.
I have over 1,000 contacts on WeChat, and not one of them behaves like that. A much more likely explanation is that the particular Chinese people you associate with have something in common, not that all Chinese people do.
