I haven't seen the franchise agreement. The gofundme campaign temporarily going down earlier this week is what I thought the response was referring to, and hence why I was confused. It's too early for a ruling that grants them access to the gofundme. It might just be that gofundme freaked out a bit and took it down until they confirmed it wasn't a scam. That tends to happen with controversial gofundme campaigns. It happened to the gofundme Nick Rekieta setup for Vic Mignogna.

@twistedpuppet @IanRunkle the point, is BAM is denying any attempts, but its an outright lie, since the filings prove they are making those attempts. and if the 'released' franchise agreement is accurate, consignments are also fine, making basically everything BAM has 'said' utter tripe.
