@unitedutilities nice to see that you had not resolved my issue in which your contractors who have not followed several on the 1991 street acts regulations have illegally blocked access out (and in) to my driveway and that you employee aggressive contractors.

Surprise, surprise! Promised phone call number 2 didn’t arrive from @unitedutilities this afternoon either. Is it too much to ask when we can get on our drive after access was dug up at weekend? Been promised ‘today’ every day since Monday.

@unitedutilities how am I now supposed to trust that the bill you’re giving me is correct? My bill in 04/24 was 25.05 per month now it’s £43 a month that’s still a 72% increase how can that be correct. When nothing has changed this is clearly an attempt to bully me into a meter

Just spent 45 minutes arguing with @unitedutilities about the fact that my water bill has increased by 77% in the past 2 years alone and them telling me the bill is correct only to hang up call back and speak to someone else who actually checked and figured out it was incorrect

Fixed 10 minutes ago, still nothing coming out of the tap. Maybe @unitedutilities have a different definition of "Complete" ? Never lived in a place with so many water supply disruptions. #nowater

@unitedutilities Could you please reply to my phone call and email asking why my bill has gone up 50%? I was supposed to be getting a call back last Tuesday at 4pm but nobody bothered to call, my email is unanswered. I have no leaks and am using exact amount as normal.

@unitedutilities was left without water for seven hours eleven days ago. Spoke to numerous people & was told I would receive £50 due to the massive inconvenience. I'm still waiting.......

@unitedutilities It's 45 sandhills lane. The work has been ongoing for a number of months now. The smell is disgusting and impacting negatively on our customers and business. At the weekend bags of leftover food rubbish has been dumped by the side of the building. Can someone contact me please.

@unitedutilities hi all We have a leak near us and your website says you are digging up the road . Just drove past and then Leak is still gushing into the road and no sign of any work ? Water pressure is low

@unitedutilities Driving away over the kerb stones & grass because my dad had arrived home & parked on his own drive...again... a simple knock on would've sufficed & we'd have moved the car 🙄

@unitedutilities A heads up would be nice next time you plan to park on a private drive and block directly in front of the gate of the only way into the house. A simple knock would've sufficed. And I don't mean a generic "work being done in your vacinity" letter.
