Winthrop University was forced to play without Governor and Infiltrator because they were emergency subs for KRU in kickoff However the KRU Academy players got to play challengers in LATAM no problem this has to be the dumbest thing I have seen from LIGA Ace and Riot Games

Furia starting in playoffs was a massive nerf for a roster with so many rookie players. They would have placed better overall coming in as a 2nd/3rd seed

If I’m any Americas team other than NRG, G2, or MIBR, I’m chalking 2026 and focusing on 2027 for VCT Champs in Americas I wouldn’t be surprised if SEN fields a much cheaper roster so they can focus on building a super team for the following year

@ValorantEsports IMO the "no same region" rule should also apply to MIBR and SRG the same way it way applied to GX and G2. If Waadaa had won they would've been switched, so feels inconsistent since Americas is broken up into 3 regions but EMEA is 1 region

@AkamaruVal Can T1 teams stop putting promising T2 talent on off roles? Kess was perma initiator in T2, then forced onto senti on 100T. TenZ talked about this before, rookies will obviously say they can play an off role to get a T1 offer

EMEA's bottom 3 teams (KOI, M8, APK) were removed. The lowest remaining EMEA team, KC, has 5 points, outperforming 4 Americas, 4 Pacific, and 5 China teams. Of those, only 1 team (2G) has been cycled out. 2026 EMEA will have the most new talent and can only improve.

SEN need to keep johnqt on Viper at all times, >75% of their map losses are when he’s playing Cypher, Breach, etc. He’s so good on Viper, but it also hurts their map pool in BO5s since SEN permabans Ascent where Viper gets no play. If agent bans ever come, it’s GGs.
