Officially LFT for Assistant Coaching & Strategic Coaching roles in VCT & Potentially VCL 2026 Over the last 2 years, I have leveraged my knowledge as an IGL & player when analyzing all levels of play. I'm extremely confident in my ability to produce a structured system that still allows players to play confidently with a strong identity. Heading into 2026 my goal is this. #1 - Get started on team coaching, learn as much as I can & implement the ideas I have been working on for years. #2 - Utilize my experience as an ex player to make impactful changes rather than theoretical changes that do not account for nuance & player identity #3 - Produce rapid progress & results for the team I am working with. Zekken can win on MIBR why does everyone treat MIBR like a lost cause, Valorant isn’t a game where a team is that far away from winning especially with those players. They have shown some terrible strategic decisions and even individual micro yet they are still shooting above par in VCT Americas, tbh the adjustments they need to make are large, but every single person on that team should know what needs fixed and all of them are capable of making it happen. I honestly have no clue how we live in a world where a team can have that many flaws with that roster just in terms of experience but I would assume they can fix these issues and perform much better

If you play fracture defense with cypher solo B or even with a +1 as your main spread, you deserve to lose. This is common sense since 2023 when myself and everyone else who played cypher B got owned so how are we in the big 2026 seeing cypher as a solo anchor vs an impossible dive to hold

But also from an actual standpoint you are correct but there’s a lot of things you aren’t factoring in imo. Fracture map state has been drastically different since undertuned initiators vs double duelist became a thing so the nuance that oppressive micro brings has to be accounted for over optimal macro state because certain comps legit don’t allow you to succeed in certain ways

You aren't taking into account the current double duelist versus double initiator meta: it’s hard to hide and pull off a fake when you have fewer abilities available, and it’s easier to retake the site if you haven't burned your abilities gathering info-since your game plan is specifically built around the retake

yeah that is playable as one of the options but the good teams all know people flank retake and structure to anti that so u gotta hide ur intentions through the B side of the map deep pressure / fake pressure / real pressure condition deep b main --> different options including what u said packed up as 3

@TrickVAL I explained it a bit dumbed down, let cypher plays trips for site or CT, from that your pack on A can reclear Attacker spawn to retake from Main, if enemies play site, you execute onto the site as well as catch the Main players playing post-plant
