@Petco it wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted my dog fixed. The money isn’t the issue it’s the quality of service, it was being told I needed to pay more money for what I wanted to begin with.

@Petco then after all that I was told to take my dog somewhere else next time . For sure I raised my voice. At that point I wasn’t happy. The other dog was the same way but not as bad. I told them I didnt want as was I was going to buy and she refunded the 1 dog.

@Petco so they did a crappy job, never told me it was going to be crappy until I objected then told me I isn’t pay enough. I asked for a DM and was told many times by Adrianna that she was not authorized to give out that number.

@Petco the second dog had hair flying. Took him back in. I expected a comb or something better. Instead she said I didn’t pay enough for that. I paid 55 a dog and 15 tip. I said $70 was not enough? She said no. It wasn’t. It only included 15 minutes of combing.

If you want to know what subconscious bias looks like, it’s a headline saying “AOC is underwater with every group EXCEPT women, nonwhites, and 18-34 year olds.” So older, conservative white men are considered “everyone” and everyone else is discounted as an exception. Cool 👍🏽
