"Illegal migrants aren't subject to our jurisdiction which is why we deport them" No. We deport because illegal border crossings are a civil offense, not a criminal one, and even in the case of petty crimes, we waive enforcement and take the diplomatic path of removal BUT, in serious crimes like murder, the US will try and jail an illegal migrant, regardless of what their home country says. Why? Because they are subject to our jurisdiction and so we have the right to do so. Our ability to waive that, and the fact that we do not jail people for civil offenses, does not change the jurisdictional claim we have. When you are in the United States, you are de facto subject to its jurisdiction regardless of how you arrived here - and an express carveout is needed to change that. If you are outside the United States you are rarely subject to its jurisdiction, unless you are already a US Citizen in which case you are subject to the jurisdiction of the US and which ever country you are in at the time. If you commit a crime in another country, that country has the right to try you and jail you. It is only through diplomacy that you may find yourself returned to the US - not a lack of jurisdiction.

@wheellock @thatsKAIZEN Legal vetted immigration is the only one we should accept. As far as Islam it offers America nothing. 57 other countries to immigrate to for the followers of that religion. Illegal immigrants being offered self deportation packages is the kindest way to deal with it.

3 weeks ago, two radical Islamists threw bombs at protesters in NYC. This month, a man in a ‘Property of Allah’ shirt killed 2 people in Austin. In Dec, 2 jihadists killed 15 at Bondi Beach. We need to have an honest and respectful conversation about radical Islam in the West.

It is functionally impossible to remove a sitting president. Even more so for this one, who has a literal cult behind him and was given full immunity by the Supreme Court. Our only option was to stop him beforehand but many of us were mocked for suggesting such a thing.

Thanks for asking. Read their Quran. It highlights their “requirements” as Muslims. Listen to what their Imam’s (scholars) say loud and proud and teach. I’ve met a few Muslim’s that didn’t talk like a (my words) fundamentalist, but the crowds in NYC and Dearborn are not chanting Kumbaya. If they are “only” the radicals then where are the centrists to speak up against them? There have been a very small number that I have heard of, how about you?

And why is everything a phobia or ism if we want immigration to be legal? There is no true comparison. 20 to 40 million? Come on

@LeaveHeardAlone Wasn’t there a scene at the beginning when a bunch of his students were asking about the sun dying and he straight up tries to avoid talking about it. Literally saying, “idk, ask your parents” along with some other stuff like, some people believe the sun is dying.
