@Wickes I ordered a shed that was being delivered today. I’ve taken a day off work and stayed in to wait for it. At 4pm I decided to call customer services - to be told that the order has been cancelled and won’t be delivered due to lack of stock. Very poor customer service

@Wickes Anyone in cust servs?! I want my refund re online order I cancelled - twice by phoning the store as items shown in stock online weren't actually in stock according to local store. Driver arrived this am with a part order; I refused. Store promised refund; none so far!

@BirdSandraklb98 @Wickes Same here, web form is awful, just triggers an automated email asking for information @Wickes, already has, promises response within 48 hours but is ignored, currently been on hold for ages, if they are overwhelmed by complaints then have a call back option.

Hey @Wickes I’ve been trying to call your customer services number all day (14 calls in total for a minimum of 5 minutes on hold) and you don’t appear to have anyone answering phone calls!! Any chance you could measure as I want to cancel an order and get a refund.

@DC70_109 @Wickes @Mattallwright Two bathrooms installed by Wickes and both are a complete mess. Poor tiling, gaps everywhere, unfinished sealant, unstable flooring and items missing that I’ve actually been charged for. Weeks of chasing, barely any communication, and still no proper plan to fix it.

@Wickes Waited all morning for a delivery of flooring! After the allotted time slot I’m told I have to call bc there is a problem with my delivery. Driver damaged my stuff and now I have to wait till next week. Fitter is booked for today/tomorrow! Wickes want me to rearrange!!!

@Wickes you put in an order then no one bothers to turn up. You call customer services useless,you ring the store cannot give you an answer as to why the delivery failed. but they took my money quick enough. USELESS do not use or order from Wickes you will waste your time

Anyone thinking of getting a kitchen through @Wickes don’t. After care service is a disgrace and apparently a 6 day fitting taking 4 weeks is acceptable.

I waited in all day on Good Friday for my @BandQ order to arrive and then receiving a text at 6.30pm to say it wasn’t going to arrive😡, and then receiving no communication from them to say when it would be re delivered . I decided to re order with @wickes. Arrived on time. 👌🏻

@Wickes absolutely shocking service from Wickes! Left a delivery in a 'safe place' (middle of front lawn) it got stolen, Wickes & courier have said "there's nothing they can do"! Will never use again!
