Lifting weights and training with people is better however if you can't afford it or you want privacy then you should work-out at home. My physique is 100 percent home workout!

Privacy, but you have to cook ,clean and wash all by yourself 🥺 ,so tiring!!! Even when I'm travelling I make sure I go with a girl because I can't do all these alone 😂

@Yungpunter1 Don't worry, 25 will start getting easier soon and you move to 30 then 40 then 50 , once you reach 50 then That's it.
You can start doing 50* 2 set daily then 50 * 5 set which is where I am.
Even my sister does 40 * 5 set now, she's in the US army, I thought her pushups
