Following the meeting, he allegedly continued discussions about acquiring and providing a specific piece of internal hardware from the M1A2 Abrams to the Russian government. On July 31, 2025, the soldier delivered the hardware to a storage facility in El Paso, Texas. He later sent a message to the Russian contact stating, “Mission accomplished.”

Polish authorities have confirmed that the explosion in the town of Osiny originated from a suicide drone. No casualties, but three building were damaged. The Latvian State Security Service (VDD) has announced for the first time, that on August 27th, a Latvian citizen was arrested for provided information on locations, plans, and security measures for several military objects in Latvia to intelligence officials in Russia. The detainee also provided Russian intelligence and security services with information about the construction of new military objects, training exercises and the presence of other NATO Forces in Latvia. According to information provided by the VDD, the male had also shared other information with Russian intelligence and security services which could be used against the national security interests of Latvia and other Baltic States.

British intelligence services have arrested three Russian spies in Essex as part of a large operation.

Lithuania uncovers another Russian terrorist network.
