@robertliefeld There are far too many "franchise" character/groups. Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Avengers, etc all have multiple titles. Also, Marvel is no longer the House Of Ideas. It's about recycled storylines, events, and variant covers.

@KevinWolffart I was still in high school back then. I enjoyed Byrne's art on Action Comics and the stories ranged from okay to excellent. #593 was just okay, but I can appreciate why some might see it as inappropriate. A Big Barda/Superman story demands more action than what Byrne delivered.

Mark Schultz (born in 1955) is an acclaimed American comic artist, writer, and illustrator best known for Xenozoic Tales (1986–1996), a cult-favorite series set in a post-apocalyptic future where humans coexist with dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures.
