Dustin realized mid confrontation that he was wrong and fist bumping the cop he threatened before and telling the cops to arrest him. He's just a good guy that fucked up and drank too much, hopefully he learns from it!

🚨 Dustin Poirier was arrested last night in Georgia for allegedly being drunk in public, per @TMZ “Poirier, 37, was booked for ‘Public Drunk’, a misdemeanor, at 6:38 PM... before being released several hours later, a quarter after 10 PM. It's unclear what led up to Dustin's arrest. Public drunkenness can carry up to one year in jail and/or a fine, if convicted.”
