@KanekoaTheGreat Bullshit. He is being threatened. This kid didn't do it and they know it.

Lance Twiggs just received limited immunity in the Charlie Kirk murder case.
Robinson's roommate. His trans lover. The person he confessed to.
Prosecutors just made him untouchable in exchange for everything he knows.
The night of the shooting, Robinson didn't go quiet.
He texted Twiggs. Told him he'd killed Charlie Kirk. Said he'd been planning it for over a week. Said he hid the weapon. Disposed of his clothes.
Then left a handwritten note saying he "had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk."
Then told him to ask for a lawyer if police showed up.
On April 20, Twiggs gave a recorded statement under oath.
Prosecutors granted use-immunity from both the U.S. Attorney's Office and Utah County — meaning nothing he said can be used against him personally.
In exchange, he told them everything.
That statement was "consistent with" what he told investigators on September 11 — the day Robinson turned himself in.
Prosecutors want his statement and communications with Robinson entered at the July preliminary hearing. The defense wanted Twiggs on the stand for cross-examination.
The court said no.
Robinson texted his confessions in real time, coached his roommate to obstruct the investigation, and left a handwritten note behind.
The preliminary hearing is in July.

🚨BREAKING: A mother in South Bend, Indiana was shot in the head and killed while trying to protect her son from an armed robber.
Jean Gragg, 40, stepped between her son and 18-year-old John Ford after Ford pulled a gun during a Facebook Marketplace watch sale at their home. She put herself in front of the gun and chased him off the property.
Surveillance video shows Ford then turned around and shot her multiple times in the back as she ran toward her house. He shot her in the head.
Jean Gragg died from her injuries on Saturday. Ford has been charged with murder.
This is the kind of evil that too many families are facing. We do not have to live like this.

If it were my kid, the offender wouldn't be concerned with an administration action. The things I'd do to this sex offender personally, would be written about for ages. Medieval. I'm offended just sitting here on the other side of the country. As I read this the hair stood up on the back of my neck.

A Denver Public Schools teacher was allegedly fired after an administrative law judge found that during class time, she made students participate in role-playing scenarios involving same-sex kissing and graded them based on their participation.
The Denver Public Schools Board of Education voted unanimously in May to terminate Jennifer Honka, a French teacher at Northeast Early College (NEC), after reviewing the findings of Administrative Law Judge Keith J. Kirchubel, the Denver Gazette reported. The board accepted the judge’s recommendation following an executive session and did so without public discussion.

That's not the question is it? The question is whether he has a right to do it or not not why he's done it. Some idiots use that same argument to say why would you want to have a gun? The fact of the matter is we have a constitution. We have individual rights. So it doesn't matter if he's not doing anything, as you put it. It's not a matter of if you have something to hide. You're absolute right to hide what you do. If you violate the law then you're punished for violation of the law. It has been famously said that when the the government fears the people you have democracy but when the people fear the government, you have tyranny. I am not anti-government. I am pro Constitution. I am pro individual liberty. I am pro-american.

This cop is one of the reasons people flee the police.
We are in Ozaukee County Wisconsin where a Sheriff’s deputy pulls up on a motorcyclist in a gas station parking clearly finishing fueling up. Before stating a reason for a traffic stop, the deputy demanded he shut off his bike. When the biker says one second as he was trying to secure the gas cap that he was already in the middle of placing on, the deputy shut the bike off on his own and seized the key.
The deputy then claims he was stopping him because the plate was covered which the driver reminded him that he was not on the road with the plate covered he was in the process of getting fuel and the plate would not be covered once he was ready to hit the road.
The deputy demanded his ID and was willing to give the key back in exchange for the ID as the biker request. The deputy then twisted the story into a crack down on sports bikes fleeing police and them having the ability to conceal their plates with a plate flipper.
The biker corrected the deputy again that his bike is not a sports bike, it is a stunt bike which is much slower and not going to outrun anything. The deputies answer was basically they all look alike to him.
The big question is, was this legal? Below is an argument on both ends.
The Deputy's Argument (The State)
The Stop: The deputy states he observed the motorcycle operating without visible registration as he was pulling into the lot.
The "Key Grab": The deputy immediately reaches onto the bike and pulls the ignition key. Local law enforcement has faced a major influx of sport bike riders using mechanical license plate flippers to intentionally flee from traffic stops. The deputy argues securing the key was a necessary, pre-emptive measure for officer safety to prevent a dangerous high-speed pursuit.
The Mechanism: The ability shown to be able to conceal the plate can give law enforcement probable cause, as possessing or installing a device designed to flip or hide a registration plate is illegal under Wisconsin state law.
The Rider's Argument (The Citizen)
No Imminent Flight Risk: The most glaring contradiction in the footage is the timing of the key grab. The deputy physically seizes the key while the rider is actively trying to put his gas cap back on and lock it. With his hands occupied and the fuel tank wide open, it was physically impossible for the rider to launch into an escape—meaning the deputy wasn't reacting to a threat, but acting on a stereotype.
4th Amendment Violation: While traffic stops allow officers to control a scene, physically entering a citizen's vehicle space to seize property without consent, an active threat, or an overt attempt to flee crosses the line into an unreasonable search and seizure.
Stunt Bike vs. Sport Bike: The rider explicitly corrects the officer, pointing out that it is a dedicated stunt bike. Because it is highly geared with a massive rear sprocket for slow-speed maneuvers, it has a drastically lower top-end speed than a stock sport bike, shattering the assumption that it was a viable highway "runner."
The Gray Area: Where do police tactics to prevent high-speed pursuits end, and a citizen's constitutional protections against warrantless seizure begin?
Giggling Ganon@GigglingGanon
In an era where accountability isn’t just preferred—it’s required—the tools we use to document interactions between law enforcement and the public have never been more critical. Body-worn cameras and dash cams are often discussed through the lens of policing, but their most vital role is simpler: they serve as an objective, unblinking shield for everyday citizens. Speaking of this, we will see the value in this next clip coming up soon.
English

@BEARDEDGWOM @GigglingGanon At the end of the day, it comes down to the Constitution. The right to be free from unlawful search & seizure. The right to display (free speech) anything he'd like on his personal motorcycle. The cop could've waited for him to enter the roadway. Biker wins. Period.
English

It's idiots like you ready to get down in your knees and lick the boots of "authorities" . In my view and from a Constitutional perspective, I am my own authority, unless and until I break the law. Here, he is on private property. The officer did not see him driving on a public roadway. Had he waited, let the guy pull out, he may have had a lawful stop, which in some cases the stop itself is debatable. Assuming arguendo that any stop on private property is legal, once he grabbed the key, he unlawfully depiced the motor cyclist of his property. This is a clear Fourth Amendment violation.

Lol. I never heard of you untill you, one of the only White people, dare to call the Anthony case, "Self Defense". He, just like the rest of them, have zero impulse control. He, brought a knife to a track meet. His, bigoted, scamming family, essentially stole 625k, then, left the murdering little shit ass, hanging in the wind. The Apple doesn't fall far the tree. Calling out facts and not selling out ones own race does not make bigotry. Denial however, makes you mentally ill. Think about this. Japan prohibits blacks from citizenship and deters all negro's from dndting Japan. They absolutely hate negro's, more than they hate the white people who dropped two nuclear bombs on their country. In fact, no matter where they go, it's the same thing. They act the same way in the grass huts of Africa, the U.S., Asia, anywhere they go, despite there never having been African slaves in that land. Face it, they're the "racists" who with 11% of the population, commit 52% of all crime, 82% of all violent crime. Wake up, quit being a weak-cuck.

@cycol393 @GigglingGanon I'd be a smart ass too. In fact, once the cop breached my space, attempted to take my key under color of law, he'd really have a problem. If he escalated, his problem would have been far worse.
Mexico 🇲🇽 English

@GigglingGanon The guy did not show respect for the cop and was a general smart ass. Let the cop do his job and give him the least amount of trouble because every day he has to deal with difficult and sometimes deadly people.

I know my state. If this were true, I am also an investigative journalist, he'd be arrested, indicted and sent to prison. Now, if you're ready to put up evidence, as well as evidence that Texas is turning a blind eye, I'll listen. If it turns out to have some legs, maybe even some teeth, I'll put it on blast.
